Coverage

What is the product about?

This policy provides comprehensive 24 hours worldwide protection to the Insured for bodily Injury caused by accidental means resulting directly and independently of and other cause within twelve calendar months in death, disablement, medical and other expenses.

When will my coverage be effective?

Your coverage will be effective upon the receipt of premium and approval by the Insurer.

Does this plan pay in addition to any other insurance policy that I may have?

Yes. This is a benefit policy. It pays in addition to any other insurance policy you may have except for Medical Expenses.

Who is eligible?

What are the major exclusions under this policy?

This policy does not cover death or injury caused by the following events:

  • War
  • Suicide and insanity
  • Self-inflicted injury
  • Any form of disease, AIDS
  • Provoked murder or assault
  • Committing or attempting to commit any unlawful act

Renewal

How can I renew my policy?

We will send renewal reminder/notification to your email 1 month before expire. Just click on the link provided in the email to renew your policy. You may also contact our customer service team for renewal.

Cancellation & Refund

Can I cancel my policy?

You may terminate your policy by giving written notice to us. Termination shall become effective on the date the notice is received or on the date specified in such notice whichever is the later. Refund of premium, however, is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the policy.

Claim

How do I make a claim?

You can notify us of your claim right here under our “Make a Claim” section as soon as possible.

How do I track the status of my claim?

Once a claim has been made, you’ll receive an email acknowledgement. The email lists all the necessary documents needed to support the claim and other details.

If the worst happens, where does my policy money go if I did not elect a nominee?

If no nominee was elected, we'll pay the policy moneys to your lawful executor (the person you named as such in your Will) or administrator (if you don't have a Will, this is the person who has been granted administration of your estate by the Court). If there is no lawful executor or administrator, we will follow Section 6 of the Distribution Act 1958 and pay the policy moneys to your spouse, child or parent. It can get pretty complicated, which is why we always recommend you to elect a nominee.
